Privileges

connections in all the right places

Tables held, doors opened, access granted — a house with a thousand keys.

The flight is the simplest part. Where you land, what waits, who is expecting you — that is the longer arrangement, and the one most often left to chance.

Privileges is the directory of standing arrangements the house has made on the ground: the tables that are held even when the dining room is full, the rooms that are turned down even on the night of arrival, the events that no longer require a wait list when the house calls.

Standing arrangements

I

Itineraries, set to your tempo.

Travel plans built around the way you actually move — the meetings you cannot miss, the dinner you must make, the flight back you would rather extend by an evening. Drafted privately, revised quietly.

II

The fleet, by request.

Access to the named aircraft of the FlyHouse stable — selected for the trip rather than the brochure. The G550 to Europe; the GIV across the country; the G200 into the desert; the Hawker for the weekend.

III

Concierge, on the line.

A direct number to the house, twenty-four hours. The same person each time you call — not a queue, not a script, not a wait. The concierge knows your year before you finish describing the trip.

IV

Welcome, at every door.

Standing relationships at the destinations our members visit most — the FBOs, the hotels, the houses, the restaurants. The car at the curb without instruction. The room turned down without request.

V

Onboard, set to taste.

Catering arranged the way you would arrange it at home — the wine, the table, the seating, the music. A particular bottle requested twice becomes the bottle that simply appears the third time.

VI

Tables, held.

Reservations at restaurants that no longer take them, seats at events the house's friends curate, evenings that exist in part because we asked. Discreet — invitation, not announcement.

Dining, in particular

VII

Booking, with priority.

First call on the aircraft, first call on the slots, first call when a fellow member's plan changes and an empty leg surfaces. The schedule is more flexible than the calendar suggests.
