Safety Protocol

Under our Safety Management System, every flight is run through a Flight Risk Assessment Tool during planning — crewmembers review the mission, identify risks, and build mitigation into the plan before takeoff.

White-Glove Crew Training

Every pilot trains annually in full-motion simulators at state-of-the-art facilities. Captains are rechecked every six months. Cabin crews and ground teams complete comprehensive ground and emergency-procedure training year-round.
