A Gulfstream GIV at the threshold
Owners

A share in the stable.

The flexibility of charter with the certainty of ownership. A deed in the FlyHouse fleet, without a hangar of your own.

The Program

A fractional share starts at 50 hours per year — a sixteenth of an aircraft. You fly when you want; we handle everything else.

No pilots to hire. No insurance to underwrite. No maintenance cycles to chase. Your share is a deeded interest in a specific aircraft type, and access to the rest of our fleet when you need something different.

Why fractional

Three answers
01 — Flexibility

Fly what fits the trip

Own a share in a Super Mid; step up to a Large Cabin for transcontinental, or to Ultra Long Range for the ocean. The aircraft changes; the ledger does not.

02 — Cost certainty

Predictable, fixed, low

Monthly management covers pilots, insurance, and hangar. Hourly rates are disclosed up front, with no repositioning surcharges within our network.

03 — Service

The owner's desk

A dedicated aviation director. A named crew on most flights. Every departure reviewed in advance against your preferences — down to the water temperature.

"After twenty years of owning my own jet, the FlyHouse fractional program has taken away every headache and left me only the flying. I wish I had made the switch ten years earlier."
